a.) Full Name. We use in the event an account is created or if an order is processed as a guest or registered user. If you have other addresses on your account with additional names these will also be collected and stored.

b.) Contact Information. Information including email address & telephone number. Both may be required to be able to process your order. For example, a courier company may need your telephone number to inform you about your delivery and without this, the order may not be processed by them.

c.) Demographic. Information such as postcode, preferences and interests to help us personalise emails to the products you're most likely to be interested in. This also includes saving shopping cart information, allowing you to carry on from where you left off and not lose any items in your basket. From time to time, we may send newsletters containing special offers and surveys with your consent

2. What we do with the information

2.1. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for;

a.) Internal record keeping. We use your information within the company in physical form in particular, when you place an order. Your invoice that is enclosed within your order, contains your address and this is handled with the utmost regard and only visible to the staff member packing your order. Additionally by law we are required to keep a copy of your order which is archived and stored in compliance with GDPR regulations and UK privacy laws.

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.
