Battles of Legend Monster Mayhem FULL Card List Revealed!

Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem releases next week in Europe, and geared up to be an incredibly exciting set! Between the rarities and chibi cards, Monster Mayhem is the perfect set to build those D/D/D decks. Let's get into the good stuff.

Starlights are BACK

Starlight Rares were introduced in Rising Rampage, and haven't been seen since 2023. This rarity features the same horizontal holographic foil pattern as Prismatic Secret Rares, but applied to the whole card rather than just the artwork. With Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem, we're seeing the return of this exciting rarity with a twist. What's the twist, you ask?

They're much easier to get! Back in 2023, these cards were extremely hard to find which made their collectability go through the roof, but in this upcoming set they'll appear about as frequently as Quarter Century Secret Rares have over the past couple of years.

Not only that, but we're getting some Ultra Rares with a twist - an emblazoned emblem featured in the text box. Each box of Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem comes with a Dragonmaid, P.U.N.K., or Orcust-themed Ultra Rare card featuring a custom emblem for that specific theme. There are 51 emblazoned cards in total, 6 of which are brand-new cards.

Finally, there's going to be a Secret Rare in every single pack alongside the guaranteed emblazoned Ultra Rare and 3 other Ultra Rares! With 177 cards to collect, your deck is going to be blinged out in style!

Chibi Cards

A big selling point for this set was the Chibi artwork cards that are included. These include adorable Chibi artwork for cards such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Elemental HERO Neos, and Dark Paladin! There are 10 Chibi variants available to collect, and this is the first time this style of artwork has been used on actual cards. Konami have also stated that they will be fully playable cards with game text too!

Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem releases on the 28th of August, and is available to pre-order right now!

Dominus Impulse

[ Trap Card]

If your opponent controls a card, you can activate this card from your hand. When a card or effect is activated that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s): Negate that effect, then if you have a Trap in your GY, destroy that card.

If you activated this card from your hand, you cannot activate the effects of LIGHT, EARTH, and WIND monsters for the rest of this Duel. You can only activate 1 "Dominus Impulse" per turn.

Dominus Purge 

[ Trap Card]

If your opponent controls a card, you can activate this card from your hand. When a card or effect is activated that includes an effect that adds a card(s) from the Deck to the hand: Negate that effect, then if you have a Trap in your GY, destroy that card.

If you activated this card from your hand, you cannot activate the effects of DARK, WATER, and FIRE monsters for the rest of this Duel. You can only activate 1 "Dominus Purge" per turn.
