If you would like an exchange for an item, for example, an ETB that has had cellophane or cosmetic damage done that is not affecting the product's main purpose, please contact our Support Team

Exchanges like this will be subject to a shipping fee out to you once the other product is returned to us (at your own cost). The Support team will reach out to you to let you know thr options that you will have to ship this 😊
