During our opening hours we offer instant answers via our live chat, which can be found in the orange box in the bottom-right corner of the screen. If you decide to email us, after sending an email If you need to add additional information to your request, please reply to us from your email inbox. We respond to customers in the order they arrive and if you send multiple emails, this will reset your position in the queue. By replying to our email this will keep your current place in the queue and will keep your entire conversation in 1 ticket.
We work as fast as we can to respond to all emails within 1 hour during our customer service opening times of Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. For all emails sent over the weekend, including bank holidays, we will try to get a reply back to you the same day. However, our office is closed during these days and staff is strictly limited, so if you don't get a reply please hold tight and we will get back to you as soon as we open for business the next day!
