We have now updated the products that had previously been speculated to be part of the upcoming Pokémon Sword & Shield 3.5 set, however, we later learned that these tins will not be part of that release and will be released as separate products from the mini set.
The V Power tins will feature Pikachu, Eternatus and Eevee, and will come in the standard 4-pack tins, unlike the American counterparts which come with a much larger tin and extra pack, I think, I can speak for everyone when we say that the other, much bigger tins look way better than what we currently receive here in Europe!
