The next Sword & Shield set has been revealed as Astral Radiance! The set is due for release on the 27th of May this year and will be the penultimate Sword & Shield expansion before we see the start of Scarlet & Violet expansions! The set will mainly focus on Legends Arceus but will see Darkrai appearing on the cover of the ETB!
The expansion is set to include more than 180 cards:
- 3 brand-new Radiant Pokemon
- 7 Pokemon VSTAR
- 19 Pokemon V
- 2 Pokemon VMAX
- 30 new Trainer Gallery cards
- over20 Trainer cards
Products that will be available upon release in May include:
- Booster Packs Each booster pack will contain 10 cards from the set and will be available as individual packs and as booster boxes containing 36 booster packs.
- Elite Trainer Box The ETB contains a multitude of awesome items including:
- 8 Booster Packs
- 65 card sleeves
- 45 Pokemon TCG Energy cards
- A player's guide to Sword & Shield10
- A Pokemon TCG rulebook
- 6 damage counter dice
- 1 competition legal coin flip die
- 2 acrylic condition markers
- A collector's box to hold everything,with 4 dividers to keep It organized
- A code card for the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online
