We have a lot of Pokemon news lately it's getting out of hand. Coming September 9th we are getting 3 brand new tins called Power Partnership Tins.
The tins will feature alternative artworks of Mewtwo & Mew-GX, Lucario & Melmetal-GX, and Garchomp & Giratina-GX.
We believe the Grachomp & Giratina-GX will brought over to us from SM10a GG End, a subset from Japan. Lucario & Melmetal-GX will come from SM9b Full Metal Wall, another subset from Japan. It's still too early to guess where Mewtwo & Mew-GX will be taken from considering it will be released with Unified Minds.
The tins are coming in at a slightly higher price which leads us to believe they are going to be similar to the tag team tins we recently had with the release of SM9 Team Up.
These tins had a slightly different design to the traditional tins we have seen in the past and the card window was aligned to the left instead of central.
