We have some extremely exciting news for all you Pokemon TCG players! This summer we are going to be hosting the Pokemon Team Challenge 2021!! With in-store events on temporary suspension, The Pokémon Company International is looking for new ways to support their Play! Pokémon Stores and Pokémon Trading Card Game community. We are pleased to announce that they have partnered with tournamentcenter to bring you the Play! Pokémon Team Challenge – Summer 2021!

The Play! Pokémon Team Challenge is a global online event designed to offer Play! Pokémon Stores new ways to engage with their local Pokémon Trading Card Game Community and compete with other stores around the world to see who will be the very best. You can now represent us and hopefully help take our store to victory! Let's have a look at how it works below.

You can enter the tournament for free! you will play against other stores all around the world, first of all, we will hold 4 qualifiers, this will create a team of 4 winners. From there you will move to playoffs and represent our store, where you will battle in a global single elimination bracket. The top 8 will go to a special event to crown the best team! Of course, there will be many goodies for you all to take home, these include digital deck boxes and sleeves as well Battle Styles codes to be used with the Pokemon TCGO.
